Dr. Peggy Hart, O.D. is the owner of Memorial Vision, PA. She is Board Certified in optometry as well as licensed to practice as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She also teaches part time with the University of Houston with the 4th year optometry students in the clinical setting.
Dr. Hart graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston, College of Optometry. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has been awarded the Diplomate in Primary Care by the Academy. She maintains membership with the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association as well as the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.
In addition to her professional activities, Dr. Hart is a member of United States Master’s Swim Team, loves yoga, gardening, cooking and hiking.
Dr. Erin Koetter, OD was born and raised in Deer Park, Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, and then went on to graduate from The Houston College of Optometry. She is a Therapeutic Optometrist as well as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She specializes in contact lens fittings, dry eye, and the management of various ocular diseases. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with her dog, and trying new Houston restaurants.
Lidiana has been working in the optometry field since 2021. Her job to assist the doctors to find each patient's best visual outcome. Patient comfort is a priority during pretesting and during the exam with the doctor. She can assist you with learning how to wear contact lenses and to select your new pair of glasses! In her free time, she spends time with her family and playing music on the violin.
Amy is certified as a billing and coding specialist since 2021. She has the knowledge to assist patients with their insurance plans and find the best way to maximize the benefits and make patients have what they need when they leave the office. Amy helps patients choose the most comfortable eyewear for them that will work with their prescription. In her free time, she spends time with her family out on the water fishing.
