Dr. Peggy Hart, O.D.

Dr. Peggy Hart, O.D. is the owner of Memorial Vision, PA. She is Board Certified in optometry as well as licensed to practice as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She also teaches part time with the University of Houston with the 4th year optometry students in the clinical setting.

Dr. Hart graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston, College of Optometry. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has been awarded the Diplomate in Primary Care by the Academy. She maintains membership with the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association as well as the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.

In addition to her professional activities, Dr. Hart is a member of United States Master’s Swim Team, loves yoga, gardening, cooking and hiking.

Dr. Antony Nguyen

Dr. Antony Nguyen is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate eye care. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where he developed a strong foundation in ocular disease, primary care, and advanced diagnostic techniques.

As part of his clinical training, Dr. Nguyen completed an internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, where he provided full-scope eye care to active-duty service members. He also had the privilege to see patients at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, conducting vision screening and ocular evaluations for U.S. Marines. Upon graduating, he also worked at an ophthalmology and optometry practice, further refining his expertise in managing glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and complex contact lens fittings.

Born in Arkansas, and attended school in Texas, Dr. Nguyen is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing him to effectively connect with and serve a diverse patient community. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and golfing. He is also actively involved in his local community through volunteering at Grace Fellowship Church, where he supports events and fundraisers throughout the year.

Dr. Nguyen’s approach to care is rooted in education, prevention, and treating each patient like family-with integrity, precision, and heart.
